Children/Neurodivergent children
Your child may be experiencing anxiety, struggles connecting with peers, feelings of isolation, or challenges regulating their emotions.These experiences can feel overwhelming for both children and their families.
Working with children has been a passion of mine throughout my four years of clinical experience. I believe that emotions don't have to feel scary. Instead, they can become a guide to helping children better understand their bodies, their needs and how to navigate the world around them. I support children in expressing themselves authentically, building confidence, and developing tools for emotional regulation and connection.
Teens
Working with teens can look similar to some of the creative approaches used with children, but with a twist! While activities and creative expression may still be part of our time together, this space is ultimately yours. The teenage years are a unique in-between stage of life, which include still holding onto parts of childhood while exploring autonomy and independence.
During this stage it can bring up many emotions, questions, and sometimes confusion. It's a place to talk about what's on your mind, explore emotions, and make sense of the challenges that can come with growing up. I support teens in learning to understand their feelings, express themselves, and learning tools to navigate the world as they grow and transition into adulthood.
Young adults/adults
For young adults and adults, therapy is a space where you are the storyteller of your own life. You have the autonomy to decide what we talk about and what feels most important to explore. This space is yours to pause, reflect and make sense of your experiences. Whether that's navigating life transitions, unpacking past experiences, exploring identity, or feeling stuck - this time is yours.
